Worst customer service

I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered on 2 December. Have been phoning thrice this week, and it was said that my package would be delivered yesterday, already still nothing. Spoke with an agent now, she put me on hold for 6 mins and ended the call. Worst service. I would not recommend this courier company to anyone.
