Worst courier. You will never get your package

I'm starting to think that my package has been lost and they don't want to admit it.

I have now been waiting since Friday for my delivery it is now Wednesday and I have not received it. I saw on the tracking on Friday that the tracking says bad address so I phoned to see what is wrong. I find out that they have the wrong address and ask them to change it. Monday comes around and then the same message is on the tracking. So I phone again just to find out that the address was not changed and ask again for them to change it. Now for 2 days the package hasn't moved.

I keep phoning their customer care line but they keep just dropping the call then I have to phone again just to wait for 30 minutes for someone to finally answer and have my called dropped.

This is atrocious service and would highly recommend that no one use them and rather use a competitor.

Hopefully this will get someone to answer why my package is just sitting and no delivery attempts are being made.
