worst courier service to ever exist

The worst courier company ever. no respect for the clients. I am expecting a parcel from RMC and they just had to use these useless people. My parcel has gone out 3 times for delivery as per there tracking but no call was made to me when the courier arrives at my address. calling the help center is a useless process as you will hold till your ancestors respond to you.

The fact that these are important documents means zero to them. If you want peace of mind- dont bother using this company.
