Worst Courier Service Experience Ever

I have been waiting for my Shein package since the 12th of December 2023. I was informed via the tracking system that my details were incorrect when there was no attempt made to deliver the parcel to the specified address, and no communication was received regarding any issues or delays. I have been calling their customer service everyday and have encountered persistent delays and false assurances regarding the delivery of my package. Each time I reached out, I was consistently informed that my package would arrive the following day. At this point i really don't know if or when
