Worst Courier service ever Skynet

COMPLAINT

Dear Skynet,

I am so disappointed and will never refer anyone to this company I always thought this is such a great brand even though I haven't used this company before,but I have lost all my trust in this company.

Today 23/04/2021 at 08:11 that my parcel is out for delivery by Skynet Pretoria offices. At 09:18 I called your call centre and I spoke to someone and the lady said that my parcel is out for delivery I will receive my parcel today so I am sitting waiting at home with my domestic worker and husband. At 15:59 I called the call centre again then I was on the line for more than 13minutes then the lady said I will receive my parcel within the next 10 minutes the driver is on his way.

After another 30 minutes I received a call from the driver informing me that he was here this morning I told him there is no way you were here and he didn't even try to call me in the morning. He then said he will be here at 17:00 which also didn't happen.

At 17:05 I called him, he said he is busy he has collections to do at CSIR and when he is done therw he will come here. So needless to say he still didn't come.

At 18:20 I have sent him whatsapp messages asking him if he is still coming he didn't read it but he was online. At 18:29 I tried to contact your call centre but I assume they are closed because I couldn't reach anyone.

So I have waited the whole day for this delivery guy missing a birthday due to this guy as I am waiting for him to no avail and I insist that something is done regarding this poor service and misleading information given to me by your delivery guy.

Up to this time I still didn't receive my parcel and it is 21:01 on the 23/04/2021.
