Worst courier service ever. Basically stole my package at this point

Absolutely pathetic. Cannot get hold of anyone for love or money. No response to emails or whatsapps, on hold for ages just to try to speak to someone. Keep lying about attempted deliveries but that "no one was home". When you do finally get hold of their call centre, promises that delivery will be prioritised, but isnt. They've had my package for over a week, and lie daily. Worst courier service I've ever dealt with.
