Worst Courier service ever

Worst courier service I have ever encountered. I have been waiting for a parcell from the rustenburg hub from the 11th of april. Every day it says the previous day customer not available. There are people at my house 24/7. Not once has the courier tried contacting me to ask me if I am home or tried to reach out to check my adress nothing. I have made numerous calls to call center without any answer i phoned the rustenburg hub and got cut off and no answer when trying to call back. I have send emails without any response or selutions. I am beyond fed up. It has almost been a week now that this company are unable to deliver my package. Tracking number BUFZA***YQ
