WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER!!!
This company deserves zero stars!! I placed an order with Incredible connection over a week ago and they deliver through sky net. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Monday and still has not arrived yet! I called countless times and when I called this morning they told me that it would be sent out for delivery today (Wednesday). By 9:45 I had not received any sms stating that my parcel is out for delivery so I called again only to hear that the driver did not take my parcel for delivery and it will be delivered tomorrow. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! FOR A COMPANY WITH WORLDWIDE EXPRESS, YOU NEED MORE DRIVERS OR YOU NEED YOUR DRIVER'S TO PICK UP PARCELS FROM THE DEPO THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND THEY SHOULD BE PICKED IN ORDER!!!
