Worst Courier Service

The most inefficient courier service I have ever had. Nobody, absolutely nobody picks up the phone at their customer service centre regardless being a premium customer or not. The phone rings unanswered and when it sounds like it is being redirected to an agent, it simply is hung up. If I could give zero stars I would. It is so frustrating to deal with such inefficiency when trying to track a parcel you've been awaiting for days
