Worst courier service

Their service is atrocious!! Waiting since last week for a delivery. Calls go on hold for hours with call back option however no callback. Driver remains unreachable - no answer on WhatsApp lines or emails. Paid over R100 for delivery. I am yet to receive my parcel with no update or answer. They WORST courier service to date!!!
