Worst Courier Service

Worst courier service ever!!! After I've made sure they had the correct address for delivery they still tried to deliver at the WRONG address! Then they said they will deliver the next day which didnt happen! To phone is an absolute nightmare, prepare to hold for 20 minutes, put through to another department, hold another 20 minutes and speak to people who you can't make out a word they're saying. Why is this company still in business????????
