WORST courier Service

It is very disappointing that such a large company can offer such pathetic service. It is surely very sad too as they offer such fantastic pricing. As a loyal customer of Skynet (Which I use their services for business purposes) it is extremely unprofessional to have our chosen courier offer terrible service to our clients.

On one occasion, the parcel was delivered to the totally incorrect address, and then being told I must go collect it . On another occasion, the parcel was sent to NELSPRUIT instead of CAPE TOWN. I paid an additional charge for express, yet it was only delivered a week later. You are lucky if your parcel even gets collected.

I have been waiting since Friday for my parcel to be collected, only to be told that I cannot be helped if I don't print the waybill otherwise they cannot collect. (Which I have not received) Parcels take DAYS to be collected, if at all.
