Worst courier on the continent

Two days in a row that my parcel was not delivered. Dont tell me your driver has been here and there was no one to receive the parcel as I have already checked my CCTV.

I received a call this morning telling me that the driver will deliver my parcel today and apologizing for not deliverer it yesterday. It is 17h15 and still no courier!

So tomorrow morning I am going to contact the sender in this case who is Samsung and i am going to tell them not to make use of this *********** and ************* courier service anymore.
