Worst courier I've used

Horrific service. Waited all day for my parcel only to receive an email that I wasn't available and delivery failed. They never called or anything. I had to call numerous times and was shouted at by the delivery driver saying that he's sitting at home now and won't deliver my parcel. I asked when I will receive it and had the phone put down on me.
