WORST COURIER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Abselutely bizarre service.They take longer to deliver a parcel in Southafrica than other couriers take to deliver across the ocean.my tracking from Buffalo logistics states that my URGENT DELIVERY will be delivered on 8 October as they handed my parcel to Skynett on the 6th.YET AS NOW 9 OCTOBER SKYNETT STILL DID NOT DELIVER.NO REPLY ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL FOR 3DAYS,NO REPLY ON THEIR CHATBOT FOR 2DAYS,NO REPLY ON THEIR WHATSAPP FOR 2DAYS.AND NO ANSWER ON THEIR call OPERATOR.In my life never experienced such horible poor service from any other courier service.I dont understand why they rather just close there doors as they can clearly not handle the service.
