Worst courier in SA

Every single time we expect a parcel from Skynet it is a STRUGGLE, always some delivery exception, yet nobody calls us to attempt delivery. This is now the 4th parcel I am experiencing issues with. When I call, I have to hold on the line for 20 minutes (minimum) and then the service gets even worse. I get transferred without notice and the person I get transferred to puts the phone down while I am still talking to them. I wish companies would use more reliable couriers.
