WORST COURIER IN SA

What a horrible experience with Skynet I purchased some product on the 2nd of June till today I'm still waiting for my parcel,every morning at 07h00 the parcel is "out on delivery " I will wait the whole day expecting a call from the driver with no success then come 20h00 there will be some stupid excuse on description like "bad address " "consignee not available " its sickening really, drivers have spotted a weakness within the company system and dey exploiting it at the expense of us customers,why with other organizations like Takealot u purchase your goods today the following morning you get your parcel,no issues no stories nothing ,just pure delivery of customer service.
