Worst courier in SA!!!

This is by far the worst courier ive ever used. I placed an order 2 weeks ago with vodacom, till today these *****s haven't sent me any messages with a tracking number or anything, just silence. Whenever I phone them they say its out for delivery and will come today but nothing has arrived. This has been a huge inconvenience as I need that package. Dont waste your time using them if you can help it.
