Worst Courier I have ever dealt with.

Worst courier I have ever dealt with. My parcel arrived on the 23rd April in SA and I still haven’t received it today on the 6th May. The contact services they provide are basically a ****. There is no genuine response. It’s is all A1 generated. I am beyond frustrated.
