Worst courier I have ever dealt with

This must be the worst courier I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with (or not dealing with actually). My package was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday which they only informed me of on Tuesday morning. I changed my day around to make sure I was home. Package never arrived. On Wednesday the tracker just said bad address. I assume the delivery guy went to the wrong address, but there was absolutely no attempt to contact me. The website says I must then contact them to rearrange delivery. When I call their number it says it does not exist. When I use their whatsapp provided nothing is answered. It is impossible to contact them. There is now no way to get my package
