Worst courier experience ever

This is the worst courier company that I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I did my licence disc renewal on the NATIS website on 26th November 2024. On the 28th November 2024 my disc was dropped off with the courier. It's the 9th December as I write this review and Skynet hasn't delivered my parcel. I've been emailing and calling nonstop. Their phone goes unanswered. They don't respond to emails. Their WhatsApp line operators also don't respond.

Although I paid R100 delivery fee, I still had to drive to Centurion Gate to collect my disc. I've never been this frustrated by a courier company. Do yourself a favour and don't renew online on the NATIS website because they use Skynet and it's a nightmare.
