WORST COURIER EVER

You cannot have bad customer service in 2018. it is unacceptable.

Firstly, it takes more than 30 mins to just speak to a customer agent. Secondly, i had an overnight delivery which was supposed to arrive at 10.30 the next morning. the parcel was picked up. a day later i called the person that is it supposed to be delivered to and it was not there. i tried to track the parcel and again, your system does not work. so i called the branch and after waiting for 30 mins on the phone i get told that my parcel was not delivered because it was damaged. WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO NOTIFY ME OF THIS??????? After then being put through through another department, i was rudely hung up on without speaking to anybody.

Your service is shocking.
