Worst Courier ever

I had a delivery scheduled for Thursday from [URL Removed] via skynet.<br> The parcel was sitting in their depot from Thursday. After calling numerous time and only getting through on 1 or 2 occasions i get the response from arrogant staff that the delivery was not loaded !!! there is absolutely no customer feedback , the consultants are rude and they have no clue what is happening. Get your act together skynet !
