Worst courier

Unbelievably bad. I cannot understand how Vodacom still uses them. Three days now I get sms that my phone will be delivered and three days they sent message after 6pm saying it could not be delivered. Their whatsapp helpline offers no help at all and their phone number just keeps you on hold forever.
