Worst courier experience ever

I had ordered some parts from a place in Durban to be delivered to my office in Johannesburg meant to be overnight delivery on the 06 June 2024 It is now the 18 June 2024 my parcel has still not arrived Skynet has had multiple attempts to rectify this i have called in and emailed and whatsapped no resolution has been met they keep coming up with excuses and at one stage even lost the parcel in their warehouse , tracking was not updated at all so I had to phone in continuously to find out where my parcel is , still there is no update this is extremely frustrating and i will not be using this company again
