worst courier company in SA

i ordered a toy online for a friend who adopted a child. skynet was the courier service who had to deliver the parcell. i checked the tracking and even recieved a mail friday that they would deliver. i emailed them ahead of time to say it had to be before 2 o clock as it was at a school. friday came and went. again monday same story,after i emailed them again explaining it is a school. monday-nothing. tuesday i mailed again, they responded by saying the car broke down on monday. i asked why no one had calle me friday or monday to explain why there was no delivery. i also again explained it should be delivered before 2 because it is a school. teusday afternoon just after 2 i got a sms saying that he was at the house but there was no one. i phoned him and got through after the 7th attempt and told him its at a school and there are definetely people there. he said no one said its at the school,and hes already in eskia mphahlehle street (3min way) and he is not turning back. i then asked where he was heading and he told me pta west. i had to arrange to meet hom at kwagga sentrum (and i work near midrand) to collect the parcell myself.

if any company ever sends me anything via skynet or i see skynet is one of the partners i will not be using that company. most useless courier company in sa,and if i look at the other reviews,a lot op people agree
