Worst courier company in SA

This has to be one of the worst courier companies, even the post office is better. I ordered a Vodacom phone on 14 December which was meant to be a Christmas gift. Today it's 23 December. They sent sms to say they are delivering but never show up. It's very inconviniencing me because I have to stay home the whole day when Im supposed to be running errands or spending time with family and friends. When you call they never answered phones. I got through once and the lady I spoke to told me that the order was not scheduled for delivery and she had to escalate the issue and call me back when its scheduled. She never called back. On Vodacom system they say they tried to deliver but there was no one at home when they tried to deliver which is a lie. If I dont get it before Christmas I've to cancel the order and I'm never ordering on Vodacom online again.
