Worst Courier Company ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A parcel was collected by Skynet on Tuesday 23/10/2018 from Photo & Beyond, parcel should of been received by Wednesday, 24/10/2018, after problems with tracking they have informed Photo & Beyond that they had some technical difficulties and the parcel was not shipped but that the parcel will be delivered on 25/10/2018..... Parcel have still not been received. Still not able to track the parcel. On the 25th I phoned the Germiston branch various times to no avail, still waiting for Andre who is the branch manager to contact me back with regards to my shipment. Still no call, still not able to track my parcel still no cooperation from the branch, I deal with courier services on a daily basis and Skynet is the worst courier company I have ever had to deal with.
