WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER

What a bunch of jokers! This is the most useless courier company in South Africa! How they are a worldwide company i will never know! How they are still around I will never know! <br> I have been promised delivery since last Friday the 4th of December 2015 and then everyday since then on, it has still not been delivered, 10 phone calls and constantly getting cut off, the branch itself does not answer there phone calls, so have to always go through the call center, the lady who tried helping even told me the 'tricks' of the drivers saying \they received the wrong address or were to busy"she even gave me the drivers (Jeffrey) numbers and he doesn't answer any of there calls nor mine"
