Worst Courier Company Ever
I got an sms saying that my parcel would be delivered today at my place between 8am and 5pm. I was at home the whole day in case the delivery guy comes while I'm not there. I called Skynet at 4pm asking if the delivery is still happening and they confirmed that it is. It's now 5.30pm and no one has called to say they are still coming but might be late. I can't be at home the whole time if I have other commitments to attend to. This is definitely poor customer service and it's evident from the other reviews that this company is not to be trusted.

That is almost laughable, bad address? This is not the first time we've had stuff delivered to our place and we've never had that exception before. If the address was wrong, why didn't the driver call me?
I got a call earlier from someone saying they are sorting this out, and that was just it, she just went quiet with no real update. I am surprised Vodacom is using these guys as a courier partner, bad for business.
