Worst Courier company

First of all, they don't even deserve a star. The worst courier company ever. They sent me an SMS on Friday 31/05/2024 at 6H52. " Your parcel is going out on delivery TODAY on W/No..." I waited the whole day & I am still waiting. I just phoned their office after calling NaTIS about my documents, I spoke to Amanda/Ayanda, who sounded very bored and said it will only be done on 04/06/2024. Meantime they call themselves "The EXPRESS courier" I am very disappointed and I don't understand on why NaTIS is using Skynet with so very important documents. "Amanda/Ayanda, you need to upgrade your communication tone/skill when talking to customers. You're are terrible"
