worst courier company

good day i ordered a phone at vodacom 3 weeks and you guys got my parcel but till today you haven't delivered and you keep telling me you don't have drivers available around Lombardy East . and when I called vodacom you guys lie and say bad address , which address is right and where do you want us to stay guys ? please let Vodacom look for another courier company because you are just a useless unprofessional company I have ever seen. Even you consultants are not professionals they all sound confused
