Worst courier company and service

I wish I could give 0 stars, because this is literally the worst service I have ever received from a courier company. I also don't know why I am even writing this review, as I see that they have not responded to any of the negative reviews.

My Temu package has been in Bloemfontein since 18 December. When I track my parcel, it states that they attempted delivery but "consignee was not available for delivery" which is an utter lie, as no one attempted delivery (no phone calls and no one pitching up at my home to deliver the parcel).

I phoned 4 times to ask for urgent delivery, tried the WhatsApp line (which is completely useless) and emailed them. All avenues failed dismally to get any assistance.

Today I went to the depot to fetch the parcel myself.

What a useless courier company, if you can even call it that.
