WORST COURIER COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

By far the WORST courier company and customer service i have ever received. Their biometric system is also absolutely useless!! No communication and not a single helpful person. I have been getting the run around for the past week now, saying the issue is with Vodacom but it is not. Skynets customer service department are unfriendly and are not helpful to say the least and you are constantly met with "i dont know" and "there is nothing we can do".. I wish i could give a zero star rating as i feel 1 star is still a stretch. Absolutely DISGUSTING customer care and service. Holding peoples valuable parcels with zero remorse or solutions on how they can assist with smooth deliveries.
