Worst courier company

My study material was recieved at one of skynet branches in Johannesburg on the 11th of August and it's been out on delivery from the 16th of August and when I tracked my parcel today it says it's been recieved at on of skynet branches in Pietersburg whereas its supposed to be delivered in Braamfischerville dobsinville I've tried to call several times but no one is taking my calls and even sent a couple of emails but nothing . I need my study material.
