Worst courier

Skynet is the worst courier. My parcel has been out on delivery from the 6/02/2018 but to-date there has been no delivery. I'm waiting for my study material so I can start my assignments but as usual they take forever to deliver. I was told my parcel is in Durban but for 2 days they've been delivering. When you call the Durban centre they are of no help at all. They just transfer your call & you wait while there is no answer. THE WORST!!!!
