WORST COMPANY IN THE COURIER BUSINESS

ZERO STAR review - same experience as all the other reviews on here, my parcel has been out on delivery for four days with exception: consignee not available, yet nobody has tried to contact me. I have been calling every day, yet you wait about 40 minutes to talk to someone who makes empty promises or the line just cuts off. Can companies stop using their services and give the work to other reliable companies who want to satisfy their customers please?
