WORST COMPANY EVER!

WORST delivery company in SA! This is the second time I have to receive a delivery from them where I have no choice as to what company is used. 1st time was a delivery that other companies do in 3 days, they took 9 days to the same address. This time via FNB vehicle licence. Received sms on Thursday that parcel is out on delivery, it is now Wednesday morning of the week after and still NOTHING. 4 days waiting at home like an idiot 7 to 7 and they still have the audacity to say consignee not available when I check the system. No new update on system. Emails get ignored, calls dont get answered. Their drivers do not deliver anything, probably doing personal stuff every day
