Worst and most misleading courier service. Terrible customer service

By far the most ********* and unprofessional courier company I had to deal with. I’ve been waiting for an order for almost two weeks and now . Since Tuesday they’ve been saying that the order is out for dispatch and will be delivered, yesterday when I track the package it reflected that the was a delivery attempt and nobody was available/home which is utter nonsense because the delivery address is at my workplace which has 24 hrs security and when the supposed attempt the driver didn’t even bother to call me. Today is Thursday after calling their offices I was informed that they will deliver today and here we are still waiting. This company has no care for customer service at all. I would never advise anyone to use it .
