Worsed most unreliable service

They message me at 01:02 in the morning that my parcel will be delivered at my given adres at 17:00 today. I waited for them not one phone call not one other message.

I track my order just to see that they said bad adres! I phone the call centre of vodacom so they can tell me adres was 100% correct and unfortunatly skynet is closed and will only be able to check with them on Monday again!

You did not even call me but you just decide its a bad adres and you not doing any effort after that?
