Worse delivery company. Close your doors

Was told my package is out for delivery. Was home all day and the delivery status as updated after 10pm on the 8th of April stating I was not home/unavailable. Lies. Was home all day. Zero attempt at delivery and no contact made. Seems to be a theme and pattern of most of your deliveries based on the 1 star or she'll I say zero star reviews you have which is to say consignee not available when there was zero attempt to deliver. No phone call nothing. Delivery was not attempted today on 9 April. Can not get through to the call centre l. Requested a call back but nothing. Whatsapp chat is useless. You say what your query is and they don't reply after that which is another patten. The email I emailed twice and no reply. I've used bash, takealot and other delivery services and never had an issue but this company should close it doors. Terrible. I did not have a choice in the matter as sports direct UK use them as a delivery courier. I even emailed sportsdirect to drop them or investigate them. Don't know what to do now as there is no communication and I know another attempt at delivery the driver will lie and say I was not home or unavailable but with zero attempt for delivery. This is a gift for my daughters birthday which has now passed. Please deliver my package and call before the time.
