Worse courier services

I had a very disappointing experience with Skynet. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this courier company. They failed to deliver my parcel as promised and provided little to no communication throughout the process. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received conflicting information each time I called. To make matters worse, the call center staff were unhelpful and at times, outright rude.

A reliable courier service should prioritize communication, punctuality, and customer service — Skynet fell short on all fronts.
