WORSE COURIER COMPANY TO EVER EXIST!!!

Skynet is honestly the worst courier company! I received a message on the 8th of February that my parcel has arrived at their Cape Town branch, however today is the 17th of February and it still has not been delivered. Since Monday they have been telling me that they are looking for my parcel ***! it's literally 5 days later and they still looking but telling me its not lost how is it not lost if you sure as hell cant find it?? I would not recommend anybody to make use of Skynet's services THEY ARE THE WORSE!!
