Worldwide express to nowhere!

In my opion you don't even deserve that one star.I had my license disk renewed online via capitec Bank and according to the tracking information it was delivered at Vredenburg. I went to the bank and traffic department and was not able to get it as both places said they never received it. I have been trying to call your company several times to get information on my license disk but I'm forever placed on hold, used so much airtime to no avail. Today I received a ticket at a roadblock for not having a license disk meanwhile I had one that I renewed in time and paid for but for some reason can't seem to locate it because your company is forever putting me on hold. I need my license disk please. It must be delivered to me please. I am not impressed with you service at all will definitely not recommend your service to anyone either.
