WITBANK Branch is Pathetic - Service Non- Existent!

No delivery. When tracking my parcel online, it shows that no one was at the address - I was at the delivery address until 5.30pm - NO ONE came. I was not once contacted for delivery - I called the Witbank branch twice yesterday to confirm delivery would take place - they assured me it would, as they had 2 vehicles in Ermelo yesterday. On the first call, the lady said they would call back to confirm where the driver was - she never called back.... This is not the first time this has happened with me with Skynet. There seems to be a problem with your Witbank branch as they never want to deliver. and today they don't pick up the phone!!??
