Wirst courier in SA

For 2 days skynet tracking indicated that my parcel from TEMU is on the delivery vehicle. Yesterday it could not be delivered as apparently the driver got stuck. Today I was assured the parcel is again on the van and the agent let me hang on while speaking to the driver. My parcel would be delivered between 4pm and 430pm. Again it did not happen. Phoning Skynet again twice without being able to be connected to an agent whilst hanging on for 20 minutes! This must be the worst courier service in South Africa. I dont buy a parcel getting "list" by Skynet. I would rather say it is being ****** from within! Judging by all the negative reviews of Skynet no wonder parcels dont get delivered!!! Tracking no ***
