Why would you attempt to make delivery 7PM

We should be giving an option to rate this company negative because they way they operate is real bad.

The worst company ever. I've been expecting my delivery for my license disc last week Friday they were supposed to deliver the package guess what, I waited all day long, after operating hours I was like clearly no delivery will come through today let me go to the gym because I also have life for God sake, then when I came pack their drive tried to contact me, why the hell would you make delivery at 7PM so I must be stuck waiting for you guys 24 hours, I mustn't move.

And now I have to explain to the traffic officers why my disc is expired because of the eay you guys operate, why would a proper company make delivery at night? And now it is my fault that I wasn't around that evening the perce status has been marked "Delivery Exception: Consignee not available" only God knows when am gonna get my disc.

This is real frustrating, you guys can do better come on.
