Why is Vodacom using this Courier? - the worse courier

Worse Courier company ever. Don’t ever use them, very ***********.

Every single day I get an sms informing me that my parcel will be delivered today before 5 pm, but nothing happens. No delivery or updates or anything except for their false updates on their tracking portal.

At this point, I am even thinking of canceling this order. Because the place is to go on leave with my parcel but at this point I doubt that I will get it in time.

Also not to mention, no one pick ups the calls or responds to their WhatsApp line.

This courier should just close down
