WHERE IS MY PARCEL?

What the hell is going on with skynet?? I have been getting an email from a Dalene Sithole telling me that my parcel is going to be sent back in 72 hours yet on skynet my parcel hasn’t even arrived in South Africa yet?? And I when I call their Germiston number it says it doesn’t exist?? I’m so stressed out and their customer service doesn’t even exist
