What the h e c k is it with the hooting!!!!

Your drivers delivering my order *** literally woke up my tenant and two of my neighbours with their incessant & prolonged hooting outside my gate. Unacceptable to say the very least!!! It is the most annoying trait of delivery companies & their delivery staff. Not only does it put everyone in earshot off yr business because of the noise - yr drivers announce themselves to every ***** & hijacker in a 2km radius by hooting at clients gates. Plse give yr drivers SMS packages or airtime to call clients when they are outside
